IF ACTION AND ADVENTURE IS all you bargain for, you'll miss a critical part of the Creek Ranch experience. In southern parlance we call it "kicking back." It means you should find some time to slow down and relax.

With guests limited to 16 you'll never be caught looking for a quiet spot. Get up just before dawn, grab a fresh cup of hot coffee and rock the sun up in one of our trademark red rockers. Pick oranges right off the trees and bring them back to Bunkhouse so they can be fresh-squeezed. Or order up some drinks prepared by our staff and cool off at the pool.

Sit around the fire in the Bunkhouse Great Room after dinner and swap tales about the big ones that got away or recount your day with your grand kids (of course they're cute) at Disney in Orlando—which is just about an hour away.
